1997 Chevy Truck - $7,100.00
1997 Chevrolet Tahoe LS
Following GMCs move to rebadge the Jimmy as the Yukon in the early 90s Chevrolet did the same with the Blazer line of cars. The mid size S10 Blazer was now known as just the Blazer and what was formerly the full size Blazer was now marketed under the Tahoe name. This referred to the rugged environment surrounding Lake Tahoe in the US. They are still being produced as part of the GM full size SUV family and the Tahoe has often been the best selling full size SUV available in the US reportedly outselling others by 2 to 1. This 97 Tahoe is the LS trim level and runs well. It has been well maintained and drives out smoothly. It doesn't have any body issues and is painted in Black with Silver accents around the fenders. It is the 2 door version with the fold down rear gate. All of the glass is in good shape and tinted. It rides on aftermarket wheels with Stampede Radial AS2 tires.
It is powered by a 5.7L V8 that runs well and is backed by a 4 speed automatic transmission. It has all of the original luxury items like the power brakes, power steering and air conditioning.
The interior is done in Gray cloth and the upholstery has been well maintained considering its age. There are no major rips or tears in the cloth. It has bucket seats up front with a bench in the rear. Everything has the original layout with no real customizations from stock. All of the original dash components are there including the original gauges, AM/FM/Cassette/CD player, etc. It has a center console between the seats as well as an overhead console.
If you are looking for an affordable driver then this may be the perfect fit. It is hard to believe that in just a few years this thing will be considered a classic. That should be good news to you though because registration and insurance costs on this Tahoe due to its age will soon go way down.
Take this Tahoe home for $7,100.00!
