Any help with this question. I have a 54 Chevy p/u with a boxed frame and a 1979 Monte Carlo subframe. I have been told by a Custom Shop that the subframe is one of the best installed they have seen. This subframe has the 79 Monte Carlo steering pump and a Brand New Monte Carlo steering box. Nothing is sloppy in the steering parts but with this pump the steering feels overly sensitive when driving down the road. I would like to get more of a road feel from it.
My Question: Can the spring in the pump

Has anyone built their own body?
I do enough fiberglass to consider making my own creation.
My mentor makes "bucks" to shape foam to then glass for 28'-32' boat hulls. His work is amazing!! The attention to detail is right up there with Foose Design. He looked at some idea pictures and said it was possible. Since Caprice and I spent last Sat. pulling the complete suspension out of a '72 Nova that was rust free, I HAD to ask Gerald if it would be possible to make such a body stiff enough to be

Updated: July 12, 2010 08:40 PM All cars pictured utilize a New Age Motorsports body. The Black 32 with 6 Carbs, and the Primer Black 32 (under construction) with the bright red chassis utilize our chassis as well. Updated: July 12, 2010 08:45 PM Check out the original style flat raised floor in the interior shot.. (no trans tunnel, or very small tunnel with auto) Great for footroom comfort.

I'd like to make my own LED light board rather than buy off the shelf replacements for my tailight/turnlights. I'd like to create one with my own design pattern and light arrangement. Does anyone know of a website with detailed "HOW TO" instructions of where to buy the parts and how to wire them up?

Does anyone still have a POW/MIA bracelet? My story is about one I have had since the early 70's. My soldiers remains were recovered a few years ago and he was buried in Arlington. This was my first chance to go to DC and return the bracelet to his gravesite. I thanked him and all the fallen or missing heroes who have given us all we have and let them know they will not be forgotten. A chapter in my life has closed after 40 years.

I've got a piece of 316 5/16" stainless rod, that I'd like to thread about an inch on each end to form a tie between the front fenders on my '37. Is there some way of threading this by hand? I have a hard time believing there is, but thought I'd ask. Thanks, Bill

This is proof that men have better friends.......
Friendship among Women:
A women didn't come home one night. The next morning she told her husband that she had slept over at a friend's house. The husband called his wife's 10 best friends. None of them knew anything about it.
