ire information I put a new coil on a 12 volt mercury and I need to know which side of the coil plus or minus does the wire from the distributor go to. It will run on either side but what is the correct side. This is still a stock point distributor. Thanks in advance. Updated: June 30, 2015 10:49 PM 1964 mercury comet 260 engine

akota Digital.. Has anyone had any experience with Dakota Digital? They have great stuff. But has anyone had problems with getting product from them? I ordered a simple air ride gauge set up from one of thier distributors, and have not seen it for a month. Dakota claims it's still being built. Is this the norm with suppliers, or am I Just being impatient?

ount Dora Museum Of Speed We took a trip to Orlando for some vacation and a small amount of business. While we were there we visited Mount Dora Museum of Speed. The museum is worth visiting. The folks there also buy and sell a few classic cars. They specialize in Antique Hearse and Porsche cars. They also had a vintage corvette, A rat rod, Old truck and lots of memorabilia. The Price to get in is $9.85 or if you are 62 Years plus it is $8.50.

I thought I heard somewhere that Castrol has an oil that tends to stick to the parts more. I'm interested since they removed the zinc and phosphorous from the oils these days. Anyone know anything about this. It would be great to find something readily available for my rod. I live in Columbus, and Jegs has Valvoline Racing Oil, other than that you have to go to NAPA or some place like that and order a case at a time.

Want to give a thumbs up to Summit for excellent customer service. Ordered an Edelbrock 750 cfm carb from them for a BBC. Installed carb and it was too much carb for the 454, called and asked if I could return it for a 650 instead. Too my surprise they said they would send a call tag and replace it with a 650. I guess that's why they have been in business for so long.

Be aware the scammers are getting new ideas on a daily basis. I read an article last week were a woman checked into a hotel and went to her room. There was a pizza delivery menu on the floor of her hotel room that had been slid under the door. She called and ordered a pizza. Paid with her credit card. The person on the other end of the phone said the pizza would be there in 45 minutes. The pizza did not arrive. She called back. The person said there was a delay. Long story short the scammers had went throu ... Read All ...

I have been thru the wringer trying to solve a problem after buying a 1955 Black 2 door sedan Chevy from a guy in New York and I live in California. The car arrived at my drop off point but there was no title nor bill of sale the seller said would be with the car. Now e bay will not even help me. I have been hot rodding for 60 years and did not see this one coming. Be very, very careful on who you buy from, even if they act like nice guys. From a Goodguy.
