This HEAD TURNER was built in 1997 by a group of professional engineers with safety in mind. Some of the original features are a smooth firewall with no holes, wires or cables, front end electrical runs through frame and meets an electrical strip on the undercarriage for easy body removal is needed, seats and seat belt ergonomics engineered to SAE specs.

Fiberglass body has been reinforced with bonded Sitka spruce. The floor is composed of marine grade plywood and galvanized sheet metal sealed with 4 coats of hand-laid fiberglass. Double hoops of thick-walled tubing behind both the seat and dash provide added support.

The rear suspension consists of an 8-inch Ford axle and 4-bar suspension utilizing quarter-elliptical springs, this gets the power to the ground fast,,,, real fast!! Hutchinson Transmissions professionally built the Turbo-350 trany to drag race specs and even has a neutral safty switch.

Some features of the hand-built frame: All cherried welds, stainless 16 gal fuel tank mounted inside perimeter of frame, stainless steel fuel lines, frame mounted tranny cooler, all stainless hardware and lock-nuts throughout, stainless exhaust pipes and frame painted to match body.

All engine, suspension and driveline componets engineered to tight tolerances, nothing out of alignment, no rubbing wear or gaps. Drive shaft hoops for added safety front and back and bolt in transmission mount for ease of servicing. Approx 7500 miles since original build.

Rebuilt in 2005 with new High Performance 350 Chevy Crate Motor sporting chrome high torque starter, chrome high output alternator, chrome fuel pump, hooker headers with flowmaster exhaust, automatic fan control and stainless exhaust tips. All new and chrome dropped front axle with shocks and pah-hard bar, A NEW GMC Tracker steering box, new disk brakes in front with new brake proportion valve, it STOPS!! Newly upholstered interior with custom built turned stainless dash, equipped with all new vintage Stewart gauges and vintage Moon Equipped Tach. New Painless wiring. Seats flip up to access storage behind seats and battery. Less than 500 miles since rebuild.

YOU COULD PAY UP TO 30K FOR A "TRACK T" TYPE ROADSTER LIKE THIS AND IT WOULDN'T BE PUT TOGETHER AS SOUND, SAFE AND DEPENDABLE AS THIS ONE, OR, YOU CAN GET THIS ONE FOR 1/2 THE PRICE.. ASKING $15,00.00
