Chey Alternator Brackets

Mini Starter grinding

Plasti-kote Car Color #GM7194
I have a can of Plasti-kote Car Color #GM7194 and they no longer make this.I was hoping that one of you may know how to find a matching color . FYI, Plasti-kote just blew me off. I also went to Duplicolor they didn't have it either.

39 Chev third brake light lens
I have seen on 39 Chevs a third brake light lens adapted to the licence plate light on the trunk lid.The owners either don't want to share the info (imagine that) or they truefully don't know where it came from. Any ideas where to find this?I can send

Radiator Shroud

Corvair brakes
We have a 40 Chev with a 1965 Corvair front end with drum brakes. We want to put disc brakes on the existing spindles. Any recomendations or reservations? Anyone know where to find the rotors and hardware to complete this project? We are in Seattle area.

Radiator Shroud
I am looking for a shroud (new or retro fit) that will fit my Harrison Rad in my 39 Chev with a 2004 Chev crate 350 any ideas? I am also using a fan / pulley combination.I know that Walker makes one will it fit the Harrison and has anyone used

I am once again calling on the rodding experts for help.I have seen a chrome or stainless Radiator/Grill cover on several 39 & 40 Chevy's but the owners don't know where it came from or where to get one any ideas? I tried to attach a photo

Foaming Radiator
I just put in a 350HO crate engine in my 39 Chev with a new radiator the car was running 180-180degrees untill a long light then it climed to 210 degrees I pulled into a parking lot and the over flow was spewing anti freeze and foam. I am running a fan

Vacuum Ports
I am looking for a vacuum port that I can use on my new GM 350 HO enginethere is one spot in behind the Holley carb. Does any one know where to find a 2 or 3 port vacuun fitting that will also accept a power brake, wiper & transmission vauum lines?

GM Torque Converter
I have a new 350HO crate engine and I am using a stock 1980 turbo 350 tranny do I need a special torque converter or can I use a standard stock one? Do all GM converters and flex plates interchange?

GM Water pumps
Is there an advantage to the short vs long water pumps and are they interchangeable. I just bought a crate engine and didn't realize that it came with a long water pump and all of my brackets are for the short pump. any ideas ?

Chev 350 Engine Vibration
I have chasing down an engine vibration for a long time, I noticed today by toucing my altenator that I could feel the vibration is that possible ? It is really prominent at low rpms seems to disapate at higher rpms.Is there any where else to look?Damper?

350 Torque Converter
Is it possible that a torque converter would cause a vibration? I can feel it in park while I rev the engine, it gets more pronounced at lower speeds/rpms rather than at higher speeds.Any thoughts? If it is possible should I replace it with a
