Anyone ever hear of or use a service called PROPAY? Seller of a car on Craigslist says thats who they use. Or is this just another variation of an old scam? Just browsing ,and the seller mentioned them. |

I've got a spal 16" puller fan. When it kicks on, it draws the rpm down a couple hundred. Just like when you turn the air on. Never did it last year. Where to start looking--- relay? temp switch? Amp draw? Thanks |
