Just a quick note about one of the advertisers here on the site. I called Ron Francis about a wiring system that is about 16 years old. They asked a couple of questions and then informed me they had the parts I needed and then proceeded to ship them to my home. Great customer service and expeerience dealing with them. timkins

I'm not the least bit surprised. I have always received excellent sevice and tech help from Ron Francis. Others may be as good, but, I'll never know.

I am not surprised either. I have a RF Bare Bonz II system and with the exception of the circuit board there isn't anything about the system that couldn't be found in one electronic parts store or another. That's not a knock against RF, that's called great business savvy. They take a lot of readily available parts and assemble them into a excellent and easy to install kit that has repairability down the road. Smart, very smart. Makes life easy for the seller and the customer and a happy customer is what every business strives for.

Constantly improving your product is one thing, re-inventing your product periodically is totally different. Periodic product re-invention tends to drive everyone a little nuts.
