Guys



I'm looking for some infomation. I putting new brake lines on my 46 chevy truck and was wondering if there is a special size of line that should be used. Dis brakes in front and drums in the rear.

3/16" to the front disks, 1/4" to the rear drums or you can use 3/16" all around. www.mpbrakes.com has a good tech section and tech support. McTavish

3/16 will give you plenty of flow and is usually standard and thats what I ran on mine with disc/disc

Here's a tip... if you plan it out well and take careful measurements you can get by with very little bending.... a variety of connectors are available... the bigger parts stores have cabinets full of them.... and the lines come in all lengths...
