Well let me chime in. I am a mother as you all know (probably in more ways than one if you ask Gman) but I am also an only child with a single mother. If we have this on Mothers Day Weekend I am going to have to have something special planned for Sunday. I will give up my day of rest (the only one I get all year) for you guys if this is the only weekend that works. I know that all other weekends in May are some kind of event, just need to decide which one is worth missing to get ours moving. It would be nice to have it the same weekend every year so folks can plan.

My best mothers days were spent at the drag strip in the past. I even won my first trophy race on Mothers Day. Hubby had to take his mom to lunch but I took mine to the track and she thought it was cool However now that I am a mom myself I do like the treat of getting a day off. Now I could be convinced to go racing....with very little work. :-)

I think most wives would prefer to be somewhere other than a car show for their special day. If you know of any hot late-20's to mid-30's gals who would rather be at a car show then send them my way!!!
