i did call kruse and have had no luck so far yes after 20 years of being around this car i let it get away long story!!! I lost it 2 times and there wont be a 3rd.
Mike.......is your last name American Indian or old English ?
If you end up with a project that needs parts, in '34, Chevy had a Master and a Standard. Standard was same in '35. The only parts that are interchangable between the two are door handels and cranks, front and rear garnish mouldings. Make certain you id the car before getting parts. Outlaw, Downs, Old Chicago make '34-'35 Standard fiberglass parts.
Won't the auction house help you locate it? Obviously there is some level of buyer anonymity, but I'd ask them to contact the owner on your behalf, asking him to contact you. Sounds like one of those that got away! Good luck and keep us posted.
Obviously you dont go to the bigdude school of reason! I wont let anything slip away like that-I guess I'm unique in that aspect----- You sleep--you weep!

Couldn't you give serial # to local DMV, and let them locate for you. I am a Notary for State of Ohio, and I have located cars that way. They usually keep records back 20 years. Good Luck
Maybe it's time to move on. Lot of nice 34 Chevy's out there to be bought. You could even probably duplicate the one you saw before, but I am not sure why. Pretty car, but nothing special. Unless of course you lost a winning powerball ticket in it. ;-)
thanks for you input ,but who are you to say someones car is nothing special!Maybe someone said why the fu-k did he build that car like that it looks like sh-t about one of yours!!!!
Sorry didn't mean to offend. The car looks very nice and it may be special to you. The photo shows a bright red 34 Chevy master that looks pretty much like a lot of the other 34's out there. What I was alluding to was that you may, or may not, ever find it again. No harm in continuing to look for it, but if you are truly looking for a 34 Chev/Ford project car if you can't find the one you are searching for, now would be a good time to get one. After all it's a buyers market and there are a lot of cars for sale, even 34 Chevys and Fords. I might add that I do hope you find the car you are searching for, and hopefully the current owner may be willing to sell it back to you.
BTW I never said anything about the car looking bad or used the words that you used to describe it or mine. Nor will I escalate this to the next level.
yes both cars where from mich , The 32 went down south. It was in many mags in the 80's, it was called the widow maker. As far as the 34 it was built in 1986 ,in brighton mich. Orphans2 thank you for your follow up on your posting the car is special to me. I have had alot of fun and good times with that car.
Do you have any idea were the 34 might have ended up? Still in your area or taken some place else? There was one very similar to it on collectorcartraderonline.com about a 8 months ago, but I don't think it had the nerf bars on the front.
There has only been one car in my life that I would like to have back, and it was so long ago that I have no information on it to even start a trace. It was the only one of it's kind produced by Plymouth in 1969, so unless significantly modified it should be easy to spot. Most likely it is in a bone yard someplace, minus it's hemi.
If I see anything resembling what you are looking for I will send you an email and you can take it from there.
