| I'm heading out to Missouri next week to pick up my next project. A 62 Impala. The car belongs to a good friend of mine who started it several years ago and got too busy to finish it. The body is all done and never had rust in it. It was originally a 6cyl powerglide car owned by his aunt. I will be installing a 468 big block and a borg warner super t10 trans. Right now I plan on a front disc brake conversion and a flamming river power steering set up and I may put air ride in the front since I need to change the springs anyway. If anyone has put a big block in one of these cars I would appreciate any tips you could give me. I have done engine swaps before but not on this particular vehicle. Thanks - Jan |
