Just got back from the Detroit Autorama - Nic got the "chick's pick" award yesterday evening in the Traditional Rod section.

Wow--neat award. You win and you get to pick a chick. Hope it grows up to be a hen so you get the eggs, roosters crow way to early in the morning. Seriously--congrats Nick. A well deserved award.

Congratulations Nic!!!! Awards are hard to come at major shows, especially really cool ones like a "chick pick".

Isn't Ashley Webb the gal that built that gorgeous black Modified? Orange spoke wheels? If so she's really a GREAT gal! Met her at SEMA, even proposed to her, LOL. I doubt she remembers it!

Oh yeah, RodsnHawgs. Im glad you where at the awards thing. Sorry I didnt recognize you. Im so terrible with faces and names, but I love talking to everyone!!!!!! Too bad we didn't get to talk with each other a little bit.

Thanks Everyone! Ill take a pic of the award later on and post it. Ashley Webb picked me for her award. She is really super cool. I was not only lucky enough to get her pick but also to hang out with her. Her dad, Dan Webb, made the trophy thing and its rad. Its a miniature english wheel. Thanks again everybody!
