I've ask about this in a different thread, but I'm getting close to the move date. I'm shipping my coupe south, it's between Intercity and Horseless Carriage. Thanks
What ever you do, do not use Enclosed Vehicle Transport in Georgia. They are $300-$500 more expensive than everyone else and claim they are the best. They damaged my ($100,000.00 car). It has been fixed and is sitting at the repair facility for a month and they claim they dont have any money to pay for it, let alone deliver it back. I also know someone a few weeks ago had a problem with them also. Use Intercity!

I may have answered you before. I had Intercity truck my 39 out from Longview TX to So Cal last year and they did a great job. It was in an enclosed trailer not only covered with a car cover but wrapped in plastic as well !! I had a Mullins trailer that needed to be shipped too and they shipped at for no additional charge. Everyone else wanted me to pay for another spot on the trailer effectively doubling the price. When you get down to it an enclosed trailer runs about a buck a mile regardless who you use. How much is your car worth to you ? This isn't a time to cheap out. There are a lot of horror stories about damage in transferring your car from one trailer to another - make sure the truck that picks it up delivers it.
I purchased a 32 in the Dallas area and had it shipped to the Detroit area I called around, the best price by far was Reliable. Friends working for the Big Three use them and are happy so I tried them. They picked it up and delivered it on time [actually the delivery was 5 minutes early, but the driver called the day before and was over 900 miles away when he told me delivery time.] Damage free, on time, price, I'd use them again.
Mike at Intercity was to cll back with a confirmation 2 days ago.........never called. If they couldn't get the date if pickup right I wouldn't trust them with the car. I went with Horseless carriage, painless and it took only 5 minutes. Thanks to all that replied.
