Thanks guys for all the replies. I didn't have any of the products listed so heres what i did. I sanded a LOT with 1500 grit . Then i buffed with 3-M compound. The results were great with at least 80% improvement. Later KEITH

Go to your local airport and pick up a small bottle of plastic cleaner. They use it on all the windows on airplanes and it takes out small scratches just fine.
