I am going to use the tank and pump off my 85 firebird doner car. It has 4 lines from pump . 2 seem to be vents , one has a plastic valve outside and one has a metal valve inside . Where does this line go ?? Thanks KEITH

Not sure of your setup but it's easy to figure out. Put the pump assembly into a pan of gas and hook it up to run. Make sure the wires that you are hooking up are away from the gas and fumes. Do this outside. I think several of the lines are for fume recovery and of course the supply and return. The supply will be hooked to the end of the pump and the return will come back into the pump "cup". If the pump has been setting for awhile, soak it in gas for several days to brake the varnish. When running your lines put a high pressure filter close to the tank, on the frame on the supply side. I usually get one at Wal-mart for a TPI setup. Run 3/8" brake lines for the supply and return. Make SURE you use high pressure rubber gas hose where you need it. This hose is marked for high pressure fuel injection and cost a little more. Last but not least don't forget the supply line does NOT go to the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. that's the discharge side.
