Isn't that the holley style that the top comes off like the old motorcraft carbs?

I had one of those and it was a great carb. It idled well and had a better power feel when I stepped into it than the other carb I had. It was very smooth in the transition.-Brant

if it is one of the shiny 4010's that were sold in the 80's it's junk. if it's a standard holley it's ok. the shiny ones had a flaw. cant keep power valves in them and theres no rebuild kits for them. i have 6 of them in a box. all bad.
