I'd like to take a minute to thank the Rocky Hinge Company for taking care of a problem that I had with a window switch. I had bought a power window switch from them about 5 or 6 years ago at the Nats North. It's the kind that you use your original window handle on. The switch worked great but, had developed a problem where the crank handle would not lock on the shaft anymore. I called and talked to Rocky and he told me to send him both of my switches and that he would replace them with the new splined design switch free of charge.

I did not expect that after so many years. I got the new switches and installed them and they work great. Rocky stands behind his products. Check them out some time if your looking for anything. They are a TOP NOTCH COMPANY! :)

I did business with them several years ago - was going to hide my door hinges - got the diagnosis of cancer, and became otherwise distracted. I called them, explained the situation and they (Rocky) very graciously said, with sorrow in his voice for my situation, "send them back Skeet. We can do this later. Very reputable organization, high quality products (the hinges were awesome) and a company with a heart. Good bunch of folks. Skeet
