On rear disc, does somebody make an aftermarket set like a Lincoln has where the little shoes are inside the disc or are you forced into a driveshaft brake?

Calipers like those found on 88 and later Corvettes and Camaros and possibly a year or two earlier have a parking brake mechanism built into the caliper, so no extra parts are needed other than an actuating cable and handle (I recommend using the parking brake handle out of an older Geo Metro, lots of travel and easy to hook up, and cheap). Wilwwood also has just come out with a caliper with a parking brake mechanism built in that looks great. but I haven't tried it yet.
There are several choices if money is no object use Wilwood. I have used GM calipers from Caddilac Seville 80's model that had a lever controlled ebrake .Purchased an adapter bracket made for Ford rear end available on ebay. It used the Linclon rotors 5 lug 41/2 bolt pattern wored great for around $250.
i just bought a set from a 85-90 lincoln mark VII . they are adaptable to the small bearing ford 8" & 9" rear . vented rotors, & lever type emergency brakes. i bought the complete setup at pull-a-part for $40.
