 Still driving the wife's car, cause I am slow.
 
Just got back from the nats, lucky for me only a 3 hour ride. What a show these guys put together, every form of entertainment you can imagine. From Live bands, to figure 8 races( luckily not for street rods) Burnout competitions ( watched a guy rip the quarter panel right off a late 70's El Camino) Flame throwers, Tractor pulls, Radio Control car and truck competitions, 60 pinstripers at the charity auction,tons of vendors, even belly dance lessons! It was a full weekend without rest. I have already sent Eriq some pictures and I am sure they will be up soon. Here are some teaser shots.

NO NO NO . But the women's world vendor next door had chocolate pizza, and were giving free samples since they were just featured on Food Network.

Great show but it sure was hot!!!! I'm thinkin last year might have been bigger. Curious to see the final numbers. Sure was a ton of vendors.

I was there also, last number I heard called for prize was 6,5??. Sorry I missed seeing you guys. I'm in W. V. now looking for a room for the night. Some rain storm on Sunday.

Thanks to Eriq for uploading all the photos from the show.Make sure you take note of the impressive memorial to 9/11 that they maintain on the fairgrounds. Larry, awsome trip you are on, can't wait to see the photos from that one. Take care, enjoy the ride.
