After the fact, but all nice cars and tow trucks MUST be equipted with a keyed battery kill switch. $7.95 at Advanced Auto, has 2 keys. $3.49 at Harbor Freight. On the rods I wire, I use a latching solenoid controled by a keyless entry....hit the clicker, kill the battery.....hit the clicker, turn on the battery.
