Tommy, Make sure you're pre-registered. They have a limit of 2500 cars, and it's been full many years. There are always last minute cancellations and you can usually get in, but you can't always count on that. If you need a registration, I think I know a guy that may have an extra one. He's been taking 2 cars for the past several years, but I believe he's only taking one this time.
I will be there as well. Actually the registerations were down about 150-200 Cars last year. Best thing to do is check their website for more information. I have been going for 20 years. But I am lucky only 20 miles from the show and 110 miles from NSRA at York. I don't think I will be traveling to any other shows not local. Rheinbeck, NY Good Guys is also a great show. And this year good Guys that was at Hershey, Pa. Is at Pocono Race Track.
If you want to go, best is to register asap. Their website last year said they would have a space for all registrants, since their attendance had been dropping. But with gas prices this year they may be picking up more people who may have taken in other shows before, like Richmond Nats and the Frog Follies. The registration form is on their website.
I got a registration form in the mail from WOTSRA a couple of weeks ago. Last year was the first time I didn't register for the next year while there. Sounds like Macungie, like every other show, is having lower attendance. Really want to make it this year.
I have the registration, I got it last year. I missed the meeting at the flag pole last year. If everything works out and the weather is good I will be there. I know some of my club will be there. We should arrive on Thursday afternoon.
