Has anyone used this wiper set up? I want to install a duel wipers in my 36 Ford, which only has 1 wiper. The "Its a Snap"system looks very much like the Specality Power Windows wiper unit, but $100 less money, Just don't want no JUNK! I have heard good things about Specality's unit. Any info will be appreciated.

i'm installing that one in the 36. looks like a good quality unit. one word of advice: the aluminum tubing that the mechanism runs thru is o.k., but had a little trouble with pops truck in that loop you make coming out of the motor. it is flared on the end to hold it into the motor/gear assy. the cable, in a tight radius, will "unflare" the end & pull it loose. i recommend using a piece of steel fuel line for the first piece from motor.

Use SPW. The other is what you don't want. I know of a few cases where It's a Snap has been swapped out due to excessive noise and shitty operation. You will appreciate the extra $100. Remember, pay now or pay later.

I installed a Specialty unit complete with two speed, delay, billet blades...etc. Use it once a year to pass the Safety 23. Rainex is very quiet!

Go with Specialty Power Windows. Uses a Masda motor.

It's a crap, makes just that. I have never had luck with any of their cheap products. If you intend on enjoying your car, don't scrimp on things you will use, like window and door mechanisms and the actuators and switches that operate them, same with anything electrical, etc....

Unless your motto is "Why do it right the first time, I can always do it again."

Its a Snap is a cheap knock off of Specialty Wiper. There motors are so noisy you can here them outside the car. They will not return to park position in most cases. Good luck if you have any warranty issues, the owner is not very cooperative in hearing any complaints. I tried to get a replacement motor and he said it must have been installed wrong causing the noise. He also had no idea what motor was used in the kit that he is selling. I did so research and found a replacement motor from a VW Jetta. I should have used Specialty they offer a lifetime warranty.

Thanks all for the input.
