I think I need help.........

I think the old metric tranny in my 79 El Camino is giving up and I am thinking of installing a 200R and wonder if any of you have replaced a metric in thes year GM cars with the 200R and if you have what has to be changed? Thanks in advance, Bill

I would suggest calling the guys at Phoenix Transmission Products. They are experts at 200R tranny's and can tell you everything you will need to make the switch. Did it have a TH350?
