Well seeing Brian made a comment at Mid-America Nats that he had heard about Carol's truck being "almost done" for quite awhile I decided to finally finish it. It made it's first major trip this weekend with no problems. Got a few rattles to chase down but for the most part everything worked the way it was supposed to. Needless to say she is one happy camper. And as Tammy would say "when mama is happy we are all happy" One of the pics shows the bug splattered grill just to prove it was driven and the other shows it cleaned up.

Hey Jim, it looks great. I'll bet Carol is very happy to see it done also. Hope to see it on the road sometime. I'm sure I will.

You are right shine , they arn't ever completly done. As for the list, she has already made a few "suggestions" on things that should be done.

As for personal projects, Carol said I can't buy anything until I've finished the ones I already got (ya right). The 41 needs a new interior but I think I'll hire that done (doing the interior on her truck along side her caused alot of, shall we say, spirited discussions). The last one in the shop then will be my Chevelle that I've owned since 1974. It's been apart for a frame off for 13 years, body is done, chassies and motor are done , just needs to be assemblied.

The Chevelle would be a nice cruiser. Spirited discussions hey, an independent woman is a great thing...at least that is my opinion. (My husband usually replies "Yes Mistress" at this point)
