hi all...i know......this is a strange request..but..lol..i have a 1964 catalina conv....got it for $1800.00,,,floor,trunk,frame,not a hole ...been off the road since 1978...motor not seized,looking to replace/or rebuild the 4 bbl...prefer to replace....has a 389CID...anyone have one layying around??..lol..or what will fit?..im a chevy guy,but this was to good to pass up...it will be on "newlifeautobody.net" soon..bry

Bryant send pictures!!!! I love Catalinas and GTO's and would love to see your fantastic find!!! As for the carb....hmmmm I will have my husband look in the pile in the back of the shop. Any idea the numbers on the carb you have? Could it just be rebuilt? If the shafts are good you can often rebuild them to work like new.

A convertible to boot.... well worth your time and investment... find a dual quad 421 for it

Yea! Good looking piece Prost56. I love just about any Pontiac made back then. Real cars. Big Al is right about the 421! Sure would be an attention getter............CR

ok..prt 2...its a carter 4bbl.that is seized(literally).up...time for a new one???...anuy body got one laying around?.this is sooo bad i cant seam to locate the ##'s...to match it..i now "edelbrock"will fit cause that how the carbs got there name from old carters..
