| guys, as soon as i get the pics, i'll be listing a 48 merc convertible in the "for sale" section that belongs to friend here locally thats selling due to health reasons. it would make a great project to finish up. car has all the outer bodywork finished & in primer & guidecoat, all chrome is replated & still wrapped up in paper, has the 49-53 style flathead with approx 2000 miles on rebuild. i saw the car a few years ago & it is a really nice solid car. i would take it myself but have too much going on here right now & no place for another car. if anyone's interested, let me know. |
