My dad and neighbor lifted the cowl on my A, and I lifted the back by myself. Carried to the other side of the garage like that and set it on some saw horses. I don't think we'll be making it down this year though. Just too expensive to stay down there right now, but wish we could make it!!! The L.A. Roadster Show is at the Fairplex (Los Angeles County Fair Grounds) in Pomona on Saturday & Sunday, June 14 & 15. Friday evening there is a huge reception at SoCal Speed Shop in Pomona with probably 1,000 rods parked around their facility and in the street. If you're interested, I'll be providing some food and a place to rest your feet for folks from this site after the show Saturday evening. I live about 3 minutes from the Fairplex. Hope to see you there. Mike: you & Diane comin over? Eric? Got a couple local rodding buddies comin also. Mexican food, cold drinks, and soft chairs. Oh yeh, maybe ya can also help me set my body (well not actually my body, but my car's body) on the chassis. Should only take a couple minutes.
