Try emailing the company for a diagram, that would be the best bet.

I had the same problem with ITS a Snap Wiper. Turns out the motor was coasting thru the park position due to lack of resistance. I called them thinking I had a bad switch or wiring problem they were not very helpful in solving the problem. Thats when I remembered I had instructions from a Specialty Wiper kit I insatlled in a previous rod. The Specialty kit is basically the same kit as the ITS A Snap and the instructions stated the wipers may not park unless there is mechanical resistance on the motor. After installing the blades the wiper would park. Next problem I encountered was the wiper motor that was so noisy it could be heard outside the car. I called ITS A Snap and was told I had an installation problem I assured them the unit was installed correctly and would like to return the motor. I checked my receipt and I had purchased the kit 13 months prior. You guessed it no warranty $75 for a new motor and they could not even tell me what motor they use for that application. in short their reply is we have sold lots of these units and never had a problem.
It is my opinion the Specialty ( SPW)unit is far superior and get this LIFETIME warranty. My last time for Its A Crap.

Interesting. My mate Craig the sparky (some of you met him) experienced exactly what srodder describes when wiring a customers car. The customer supplied the wiper kit - "it was cheap." Well it ended up in the bin and an SPW unit installed. You pay now or you pay later.
