I need to transport a street rod from LA to northern VA. I used the search function :) and found 2 shippers that had recommendations by the rodders here. Iron Jockey Transport had several recommendations from Dec 2005. TLC Auto Transport also got a nod as a transporter. They started as a advertiser here in Feb 2007. Any more recent comments on these shippers? Thank you. Ken

Dave -- Yes I unexpectedly bought Brady's (1carguy) previous street rod, a 37 Ford Oze. And is it sweet! yeehaw!

No problem, Dave. You're observant. I was going to post new pix after I got it here, but since you asked.......

After doing some research on the car, I found that Brady was the first owner. He was kind enough to talk to me for some time about the car. He knew all about the car so I knew essentially what I getting. I got a professional appraisal on it. The second owner didn't drive it much. I am pleased. Now to get it here.....

I was gonna suggest you guys share it But, I tried that with a girlfriend once and it usually dont work out well very nice car!

If you guys decide to share it, you can leave it at my place in Missouri so it's halfway for both of you. That way I wil keep it warmed up for both of you when you want to use it:-) Congrats.
