If there were to be an event similar to the annual Route 66 Fun Run along an in celebration of the Old Spanish Trail coast to coast highway (U.S. 90 from Jacksonville, Florida and along the now decommissioned Western portions of U.S. 80 from Van Horn Texas to San Diego.) would anyone be interested in participating? The idea would be to have a weekend cruise-in type event across 100 to 150 miles, with events being held in various communities along the way. In other words; food, fun, music, and lots of cars enjoying a cruise down the old two lane. |
