Where can I get some glue that is suitable for gluing a leather trim piece onto a leather panel? The original glue was clear and gummy.

Local source would be nice -- if possible. Going to a show on Sunday, so I need something to tack up tomorrow. :)

You can buy spray glue in a can , alot of people call it spray cheese. You can buy it at alot of hobby stores, or fabric/ sewing stores, maybe even a Home Depot. It comes in a can like hairspray. Its cheap and very easy to use. Just lightly scuff both surfaces to be attached together, then lightly spray both pieces and let them sit for 10-20 minutes until they tack up, then stick them together. I would put some sort of wedge against them while they cure, such as a prop rod with a cloth on the end, or a piece of wood. Dont spray so much glue it is running. Good luck.

if you are trying to attach the panel in your pic , use clear rtv silicone. the spray glue wont hold those panels together for long. put a bead of rtv on, position the piece, then tape or brace it for a few hours till it sets.
