I don't think he could haul enough fuel to supply that kind of horsepower. I bought a brand new 23 ft. center console boat with a 200 GT Johnson on it at the Houston Boat show in 92. When I picked the boat up, I stopped at the gas station and put in 25 gallons of gas and I put my boat in the water.............45 mins later I was being towed in.............I was out of gas.

they have found them being built already. they figure there are several subs already finished and being used or maybe setting on the bottom of the pasific
