After having my '36 soda blasted to remove 6 coats of paint, rust repaired on drivers door, repaint, custom work all over the car, all new sound system, new interior in most places, converted the 4 piece butterfly hood to a 3 piece, tear drop tail lights, new interior lighting, completely rewiring the entire car and lots more, my custom pearl purple upper, pearl orange beltline graphic, and custom pearl cream lower, custom made running boards to widen as they approach the 2 1/2 inch widened rear fenders so as to "fit" is coming home tomorrow. I had no idea it would take so long but when you are down medically speaking for 6 months, things just come to a stop. I am pleased with it, mama loves it (that really counts) and Bryan, my son is proud of it - he is 21 and my buddy on this redo - been a great ride working with him. I will get some new pictures and post them. Hope you like it.

I spoke too soon. Went over and changed the plugs, got it running sweet and water just poured our of the top (under the plate) of the radiator tank - Walker radiator so that will have to be fixed (tank was painted purple and now will have to redo that. Always something. We discovered that the harmonic balancer is rubbing the rack and pinion so will have to heighten the engine a bit to clear that (unless somebody knows an easier way to solve that problem - can the rack be lowered any way? Oh well.
