I want to thank Hotrodgene and Jimmothershead for their help in getting ID tags so I could get my 41 Ford Panel licensed. Jimmothershead was on vacation but offered to help by supplying tags and Hotrodgene sent me to Award Mart in Arizona (they advertise in Street Scene) I got 2 tags from them and put one on the firewall and one on the left front frame horn and the DMV accepted this very easily. I finally get to drive my 41!! Thanks again guys, the Hot Rod cummunity in here is GREAT!!!!

No, it is a panel truck, it is taller in the roof area and has double doors on the rear and used to have a spare tire on the right side behind the passenger door

Dan. Cool ride. Is that the original front sheet metal? I've seen those years panel trucks before, but they all had the big truck front clips. I've never seen one with passenger car/pickup style fenders and grille.

It is a half ton panel, the ones you are refering to are 3/4 ton or 1 ton. The only passenger items on the front are the center grill mouldings and the hood mouldings. The originals were a little wider. And the chrome headlight bezels. The originals were painted. If you want to go to E-bay and type in item number 350041300366 there is a picture of a stock 40 which is the same thing. Thanks for the compliment.
