I had mine all assembled and lookin good, then it took three days to blew it apart for painting and plating. Its takin a lot longer to put it back together than I thought, but its comin out right. Keep us posted with photos. Love to see progress, even if its someone elses.
It looked beautiful last time I saw it, but Dave sent it back to the paint shop. He didn't like some flaw I couldn't even see. I guess that's why its in his shop and not somebody elses. Its not holdin me up yet. I got hammered with work about the first of the year which hasn't left me much time for the car. I also finally reconfigured the exhaust myself the way it should have been in the first place. Might as well do it right, huh? Two steps forward, one step back! Its all lookin good though.
Just kiddin' the real answer is.......nope, not if you're painting everything. It'll take almost that long just for that maybe even longer.....I don't want to discourage you, though. Give it a shot! Ya' never know.
To be honest, this is the exact reason I haven't done anything but drive my coupe. I am afraid if I take it apart, I will never drive it again, 'cause it will stay apart.

Jaws, I thought I might get a laugh, but not that big of one. I will be happy if I am riding in 6-8 months, very happy. It took me 2 years to get this far.
