WELL GUYS AND GALS ,----AFTER ABOUT A FIVE MONTH WAIT AND A VERY LATE WINTER SNOWY SEASON( MID-FEBRUARY TIL LATE MARCH) I STARTED MY PERSONAL CRUISING SEASON BY FIRING UP THE 71 CHEVY PICKUP AND GOING FOR ABOUT A 20 MINUTE DRIVE. THE WEATHER WAS FAR FROM IDEAL, IN THE LOW 50`S AND CLOUDY, BUT IT FELT REALLY GREAT TO GET OUT AND HEAR THE ENGINE ROAR. I`M SURE THE WEATHER WILL BE SPORADIC FOR 4 OR 5 WEEKS , BUT JUST AN OCCASIONAL RIDE NOW AND AGAIN CAN REALLY LIFT THE SPIRITS. ANY OF YOU OTHER SNOWBELT FOLKS BEEN OUT YET?

My 70 shortbox has been out all winter, .......its the newest thing I own. As for the rods, the 38 will be out in a few weeks once the salt dust has been rain washed.

The only cruising we are doing in Missouri is down the rivers!! Thinking about turning the wife's Buick upside down and make an ark out of it. It's gotta stop sometime.....................................I hope!

I got the Camaro out long enough to move it to my Mom's house for a few weeks (needed the shop space) but on the way I discovered the master cylinder is leaking. So when I do bring her back home I have alot of work to do....
