Oh, and posts showing up twice is probably because you're double clicking "add your comment" button, instead of single clicking it.

Here's mine. It took me a while to figure this site out, but I think I have it now.
This is an original B-400 body. I've tried to use as many original Henry parts as possible in its construction. There are some concessions such as a tubular x-member, 5-speed and later master cylinder, but 90% is all Henry Ford. Car will have an 59AB engine, has a early Halibrand V-8 rear with a Culver City cover, Model T rear spring with a rear suspension consisting of lower Early Ford radius rods w/ rubber bushings and a custom upper 4-bar set up. But I think I'm going to change that set-up to a set of custom radius rods that will allow me to put in as much of the original rear floor as possible. I don't care for the current floor. Body is very solid with minor rust in one rocker and one wheel well. Car was pulled out of a collapsed barn in Wisconsin, I was told, about 33 years ago where it was supposed to have sat for 25 years prior. I bought it in PA about 8 years ago as a body with firewall, all the moldings and bows and special little trinkets that go with the car. I collected parts for a long while prior to me owning the car with the intention of putting together a Doanne Spencer styled 32, but I didn't want a roadster. When this body came along, it seemed so funky that I had to have it. Actually, I didn't even know what a B-400 was when I first saw it. Nelson Dupree built the chassis for me and deserves a TON of credit for his work. And I like the car a lot, but I personally think it needs to be hammered to get the look I'm after. And that's where it is at this point. Once I cut it, there will be no stopping me, but for now, I have other projects that need to get done first (house and property stuff). And contrary to what's been stated earlier, everything has a price, so I could let it go. But it'd be tough to let go once I chop it 'cause then I'll be INTO it.

Hi Don,

That B400 looks like it may have been from another country. Someone told me that somebody by the name of Gary in Lake Havasu, Arizona had a complete old B400. Is this the car?

I know that car Don! He had it at the Father's Day show, had just pulled it out of the shipping container from Denmark I believe. What a GREAT car! He drove it around all weekend!

Thats the car Eric-- and he turned down 100k for it @ LARS.

Documented that it was shipped to Denmark in 1951.

Oh man that car was so neat! I took a TON of pictures of it.

Talked to the owner and his buddies for quite a while, really nice guys! I didn't ask (someone else nearby did) and I don't blame him for turning down $100K. He hinted at what he paid for it, plus shipping, plus import taxes, plus everything else and I kinda think he would lost some $$$ selling it for $100K.

As I remember the car was an American car, exported to Denmark like you said. The strange lights on it were required by Danish law. I'd be torn on that car whether to leave it like it is or streetrod it...

Ah BS, you know EXACTLY what I'd do!

Maybe the guy that owns it is from Arizona. Do you know if he is going to streetrod it or do it stock?
