Last night on the local news was a piece on how people are getting sued for posting slander on blogs. Just make sure that the info can be backed up. It did say that we can still give our elected officaials hell since they are public servents(ya right!) I would hate to see anyone of us get sued after getting taken. Me ! I havn't done anything on my 55 F-100 so I have not had any bad things happen yet. Some day I will get it done I am hopeing that shine works on his so I can get some ideas.

Great point Art and we try to make this clear to people, you have to watch what you say on the internet. It stays with you forever, not only in our databases but search engines index pages and keep histories so even if we delete a page, google doesn't and their spiders index our site several times a week.

Shine doesn't sue anyone. He just sends Bubba and Earl to your house to get even. ;-)

I try never to say anything particularly nasty about anyone. Might poke some fun. If any one wanted to sue me they might want to do a little investigation first. After all attorneys cost money and the most they will get out of me might likely be a dog with an attitude and 14 barn cats. They'll go broke feeding all those little buggers. I know I am. ;-)

Years ago I built a 'glass 32 Ford roadster which came with a certificate of origin. About a month later I got a booklet in the mail from the Feds telling me about my rights and the lemon law. Got to thinking about the idiot that built this piece of @#$%^ (me). Wondered if I could sue the manufacturer (me) and win my money back then return the car to the manufactured (me). Don't ya just love this new world?

Nah, don't think it qualifies as a slander. Maybe a veiled threat though. All I know is I don't won't either of those boys in my neighborhood, let alone on my porch. So I always try to play nice. ';-)
