Anyone that has information on any 1932 Ford B400 please email to me. My last Blog somehow was deleted from my computer, So please send any and all information that you have..
Jim, I can't check my blog from last week because somehow it was deleted from my computer. Can you send me what you are talking about? Last week about B400 and winning the lottery............
Someone told me they think that some guy in AZ has a complete 32 B400 that is not even restored. That it is just stock and all there. If anyone knows how this is please let me know.
JP: There was an earlier thread on B400s that started about a month ago and which had over a dozen posts including references to three known B400s. The last time I tried to look at it it couldn't be viewed. Apparently it had somehow been corrupted. By the next day it was gone and the current thread started up. Whoever runs this forum probably had to delete it. I understand that such things happen. The three B400s mentioned were: (1) a bare steel car at the Detroit show earlier this month. Nobody knew who owned it. (2) A B400 owned by Lance Sorchik and seen in the current issue of Rodders Journal. The consensus among those who know Lance is that he would NEVER sell the car. (3) the B400 long owned bt Southern Street Rods in South Carolina and sold last year to a rodder in upstate New York. Jim posted his phone number. I know this rodder and consider it inconceivable that he would consider selling it.
Joe, I only found one other forum that referenced the B400 so I brought it back up - the title is "Similarities between Vicky & B400?" It wasn't exactly what you asked but there are some names and info you might find interesting. This is why we try to keep these old posts around.

tip1968: I could not locate the forum, "Similarities between Vicky & B400?"
Oh Cat that is sooo bitchin'!!! Needs some freshening up for sure but a good car to start from. But for $80K asking price I think someone is just gonna HAVE TO HAVE A B400, know what I mean?
I really wish I had the dough to put that in my garage and finish it the way I'd like it!
Yep, outta the park on the price and you'd need to put another $50K in it to make it right... or at least deserving of a B400. BUT, that's probably what you're gonna pay to get a B400. Then again, that his ASKING price. He may be shooting for the stars but take much less. He obviously knows he has a rare and desirable car... although it's not as rare as he claims. One of 41!?
There was another option I had considered but I can't recommend it. Dan Fink Metalworks imports glass bodies from the UK and they have a B400 available. To be really critical the lines are all wrong just in the pictures, but I actually saw a body up close and its truly junk. It's more like a racecar body that you'd have to build an entire inner structure for and either bolt through the exterior of the glass to support it, or mat and glass it all from the inside. If you didn't pick up on my subtleties the body is a mess... a joke, really.
The reason I got a chance to see it up close was because some poor sucker was trying to unload it at the LA Roadster's Father's Day show in 2006 in the swap meet area. I was actually interested until I saw what a pile it was.
I only mention it as an option...but I don't recommend it! I think they wanted $15K for a body.
This is where he probably got his info about 41 produced. 41 4 cylinder sedan convertibles. http://www.streetrodderweb.com/tech/0802sr_the_roots_of_rodding/index.html
Joe, has it occurred to you that the most rare of '32 Fords ever produced has very few owners? You're looking for a car that almost doesn't exist, and want owners (who almost don't exist) to come forward? Maybe, just maybe, there aren't any B400 owners who have read this thread. No offense, but you may be barking up an empty tree.
