Sad to see that Cancer is still so prominent these days. Another icon of our sport............


Also yesterday cancer claimed 41 year old Blues Guitarist, Jeff Healy. He had battled cancer since it claimed his eyesight when he was one year old.

I remember him when I was much younger. I always liked the looks of his rods.

very sad to hear about john buttera and jeff healy. And yes cancer is prevalent amoung us so everone needs to stop smoking or else I won't have anyone to talk to on this site!!!!!

I remember when Lil was building drag cars in Wisconsin,his work was second to none. His street rods were cutting edge too. His greatest quote was on how he built a billet aluminum mirror," you take a block of aluminum and machine away everything that doesn't look like a mirror". He was never without a cigarette. And so it goes................
