ANY GOOD 20-50 MOTOR OIL,CHANGE OIL EVERY 2000 MILES IF YOU HAVE A BLOWER ON IT,OR CHECK IF OIL IS GETTING DIRTY,DUE TO PRESSURE ON RINGS,WITH ABLOWER MOTOD

Dont forget to change your oil in the blower case, it can get low, and contain moisture also.

I'm with big dude, Valvoline 20/50 is my baby's oil of choice. However Castrol has a synthetic blend that I sometimes switch to in the winter months since the thick stuff is too heavy for winter.

Castrol is good enough for my buddy John Force and you know how I feel about John Force! I do agree I have used Valvoline too and have had good luck. I like the synthetic blends because I don't have alot of cash and I have seen how clean a motor is when you take it apart and have run nothing but synthetic. Years ago I built a nice 355 that I raced all the time. Ran Mobil One because at the time it was the only synthetic that was affordable and available locally. When I finally took that engine apart you could eat out of it. - By the way Al, what ad were you looking at???

If not 20-50 , I have used DELO400.

synthetics seem to find there way out, too easily in a blown engine, unless it has real good crankcase evacuation. Do yourself a favor and do this anyway. I ran the evac hoses from the valvecovers to the headers with a check valve. I think summit sells a kit.
