Whats is your favorite penetrant to use on removing rusted stubborn bolts ive used everyone available to the genearl puplic, so far i like "KROIL" i was given a sample when i worked in the aerospace industry years ago .

PB blaster for me and the tough ones I use the gas ax. I will try the tobbacco trick.

Shine, I think the man meant "loosening" fasteners - not dissolving them

Kroil, "knock-er-loose", mouse milk, are "other" aerospace products that work well.

I'd suggest Shine try to market the tobacco juice thing, but there probably aren't any containers that will hold that stuff and the DOT & FAA have regulations about shipping hazardous materials. I was in the service with a bull rider from Texas who used it to strip the wax off his boots. Man, I wouldn't touch those things. Don't let that stuff get in the hands of the wrong people or this country will be in real trouble.
