Denny (mudmandenny) thanks for the suggestions you gave me on my 79 Elcamino. I think you said you used dropped spindles and I was wondering who you was able to get them from and if you dropped the rear what you did to do so? I really like the looks of your car and thanks agian.

yo, bigdude---------i DO have piles, but not the kind you need to be jealous of. i tell everyone that i`m worth money, but i don`t have any!!! that`s why the 71 C-10 is up for sale, i need some CASH!!!


bill, ---i purchased my spindles from a non-site advertiser located in akron ,ohio named S-mm-t. hope i don`t get in trouble with the site police. the rearend is stock heighth as far as i know, i have done nothing to lower it and don`t think the previous owner ( my son-in-law) did either. thanx for the compliment on the el camino. any other questions, just ask away.

Thanks guy's, I'll give those vendors a call. Jim, I buy from Yogi's all the time. Just didn't think they would have the spindles for my application. I think they are probably the best street rod vendor we have..........

aren't 79 gm the same as s-10? I believe the mini truck guys should have tons of these cheap, just make sure of the quality before yu plunk down the bucks.

Davy, thanks for that info you might be right, I will try to find a site that shows the interchange for that application. If it is they are the same there will probably be tons on e bay.
