Hope its not coming from one of those snowbirds you've been teasing. If both were finished dont think the 56 would bring no where near what the 68 would. If 56 is what your craving really doesent matter good luck.

Dixie, always knew you were a little off centet, but glad to see you're finally coming around. Thought for a momemt there that you were certifiable. Keep the Chevelle, something nice will come your way that will be a good trade.

Keep the B. B. Chevelle, unless they want to give some difference. The '56 Chev. is a nice car, but nothing like having that power!!

No way would you give up a Chevelle for a '56. The muscle car is the place to be right now, '56 is never going to equal that value.

At B-J, 56 Chevy 2 door post all steel car went for $255,000.00. Tri5 2 door post cars are bringing more money then hard tops when they are modif ied. Nomads and hard tops are still bringing high dollars when restored to original like the B-J 56 Nomad at $95,000.00.

a 56 post is easy to come by but a 68 ss bb is a hard animal to find with #'s matching. most got scattered by somebody with a big foot and got a cheap sb put back in it.

Jim,.......

'56, no brakes , no steering, no power, requires $$ to become a reliable driver.

'68 SS Chevelle 396, power brakes, power steering, big block power, good driver that delivers big smiles and is a known factor.

Next question................................
