Need to know what a 1937 chevy 4-door sedan would be worth? The car does run and is in pretty good shape. I know the biggest drawback would be the 4-doors but any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Clay

Clay.......go to "keyword"...type in "1937 Chevy Chevrolet " and see what comes up for comparison. Back in '78 to '85, we did Lux-o-rod all doors = '34 Nash Brougham, '33 Buick, '34 Buick, '35 Buick, '34 Chev Master, '34 Chevy Sport Sedan, '34 Plymouth PE. Did coupes, roadster, and 2 drs too.

A four door always has less value than a two door, but it still is as much fun to play with. It is all about what your final intentions are. if you are building to sell then don't do it, if you just want a car to enjoy, by all means go for it.

Clay, there is a 1937 Chevy 4-Door for sale on this site , for 21,000 but the car has been listed since October so I don't know if that indicates that the price is too high or just that the right buyer has not seen it. Are you looking to buy a 1937 4-door or do you have one to sell?

With out seeing pictures and if the car is original I would say under $9,000 . This being a street rod site and if you plan on street rodding it you can ad another $20,000+++++

The gentleman is asking $5000.00 for the car. He is an older guy who just wants it out of his garage and I am trying to see if there is enough interest to buy and resale on the website. Thanks to all of the responses! Greatly appreciated.

I paid $6000 for my '36 4-door... and it came with a Z28 donor car. I think that sounds resonable if the car is complete and not rotted out.
