| folks i need your help again i most recently bought a 39 ford 5 window and guess what ford small block in it go figure . the trouble is i took the msd dist and coil and msd 6al box out and bought a 1 wire hei dist .just trying to clean it up a bit under hood. does it go in the same way chevy dist does up on compression stroke tdc and do i have to use the traditional #1 location or can i aim it anywhere with less crossing in the cap wires . this is a h/o 302 with counter clock fire order 13726548 and i guess the cylinders are different . 1234 onpassengers side and 5678 on drivers side is this correct . iv'e been a chevy guy most of my life and i can do dist in my sleep when it comes to chevy any info would help thanks bob in ny |
