Hi all. I've been lurking around here for a long time and finally decided to join. Hope you don't mine a corvette guy hanging around. My name is John but you can call me JB if you want. I live near Dallas and am 52 yrs old. I'm always ready to lend a hand to a fellow motorhead or go to a swapmeet or show. I've owned my vette since 1988. I built it from the ground up and did all of it myself in a 2 car garage. I like just about any hotrod from the 1930's through the 60's. Yeah the muscle car stuff too. I'm not a chevy dodge or ford guy I'm a car guy. I'm not too much into the new "traditional" rods or kustoms although some of them are pretty cool too. I appreciate craftsmanship. I like paint, stainless, aluminum, chrome and cubic inches.

I've had 18 of them over the years and wish I had a few of them back for re-sale. if you know what I mean. Presently have a 96 CE roadster with 27,000 miles and just putting the finishing touches on my new ForVette, a new 34 Ford 3 window cpe. It's Corvette Millinium Yellow powered by 350 Vette. I took it on Maiden voyage last weekend with no problems.
