But the higher dollar ones were higher mostly, but there were some that were very high that were generally inexpensive. I recall Purolater Premium Plus, Wix, and NAPA. This guys research also indicated many of the filters were identical under different names (made in the same factory). Interesting stuff. I will try to find it. I looked it over and it's interesting what marketing can do. Here you are paying upwards of $3 for a filter with a name brand on it only to find out it's S--T.
