I started the rust repair on this today by bracing the body so I could put in rockers and floor assembly, When I made the frist cut on the rocker look what I found, rats had made a nest in them using the cotton from the seats and anyother thing they could find. After I got he stuffing out I found all kinds of junk laying in the bottom of the rocker. You know it is funny years ago when I would do an occasional wreck on a street car I didn't think anything about cutting out a rocker assy. without bracing the car now I am too scared to cut anything without bracing it first. funny how things change. I know this car has alot of rust in it I may have been able to find a better car for alot more money or maybe one that is just as bad at least this one I knew what I was getting and paid accordingly. after I stripped it down and did away with all that wasn't needed or going to be used I didn't have alot left.

How about the guys that chop or cutup their cars and decide to have you fix them after its been done? OMG! I will take the rats and mousies over something that still wobbles 10minutes after it arrives!

here are some updated pictures of the mustang , next week I will finish putting in the floors, toe boards and I hope the front suspension, have a couple of other projects coming this week have to do also. I hope the pictures work right. I changed the rockers complete it makes it alot stronger. If you look at the picture of the outer rocker on the passenger side you will understand why people say cars rust out not in. This car showed no signs of rust on the outside of the rockers.

Did my usual 2nd shift thing tonight and went back to shop and mocked up the new suspension on this car. It is the latest from fatman for mustangs changes it to strut front and gives enough room for the 5.4 motor. went in pretty good had my son help me . It is 11:00 now and I am going to bed

just in case anyone is watching this build I know it isn't a 32 ford but it is alot harder to do check out the front suspension and the engine. this is the only one of these known to exist so far. Hope someone enjoys it . Shifter is in the stock location now that is planning

thanks RED

stevea he was supposed to have sold it to a man in PA I don't know what is going on with it I think a ring is missing on a ladder somewhere did you find a car yet. Don't forget about the new NC regs for registering a car 35 years old.

haven't updated this one in awhile I had to get off of it to catch up on other projects but here are a few photos of how it looks now. The stripes look crooked in the photo because of the body angle and believe me they are straight. I think it will be a nice ride now all I have to do is take it back apart, spray the clear, buff and polish and then put it back together will it never end
