I just purchased a 1954 Willys Aero sedan. It is across the country from me. I was told that the tires were dry-rotted and need replaced. When I go to pick it up I was considering the idea of using a tow dolly and possibly taking some wheels/tires with me. Does anyone know what the lug pattern is on this car?

Thanks

Ya its called a trailer.Do you realy trust a car that old to have the capabilities to be towed? I would give it some good thought. You got to go get it you might as well be safe.

Bigdude is right on this one for sure! Even though U-Haul trailers are generally worn out, that's still a better choice than towing (a questionalble vehicle) on a dolly across the country. Good chance you can pick up the rental trailer close to the Willys and drop it in your home town. Remember: don't trouble trouble 'til trouble troubles you!
